Last year we signed on with your firm to conduct two searches to fill senior level positions in our company. Concurrently, we contracted with The Purcell Group, the premier executive search firm in the automation and industrial arena. To be honest, I expected the highly acclaimed Purcell Group to find the real candidates for us. I only agreed to also use your firm to hedge my bet and because of the professional manner in which you presented your services.

Well, you have proven that bigger is not necessarily better. Not only has your firm presented far more candidates, and found them more quickly, but they were significantly more focused to our needs. Your firm showed an unusual degree of interest and almost uncanny sense in grasping our real needs. It’s easy to find people with the right credentials but your firm found candidates that also had the right attitude and style.

So here we are, about to close up these two very important high level positions with candidates submitted by American Incite, while the Purcell Group has hardly reached the starting gate.
