Attached is some material from American Incite, a recruiting firm that many of you may be familiar with, which Trane has had a relationship with for several years. Brandon Ebeling of American Incite has worked with us over the past few years to help us find the right candidates for both field and headquarters positions. This relationship developed initially in response to our requirements in the controls business; however, Brandon has successfully assisted Trane in a broad cross-section of recruiting assignments for businesses other than BAS. To date, he has placed 90 people in Trane.
Due to the amount of business we do with Brandon, we have negotiated fees that are significantly less than his standard thirty-five percent and less than the typical twenty-five to thirty-five percent of first year salary that is common within the recruiting industry.
American Incite focuses its recruiting efforts specializing in the HVAC and controls industry. Most recently Brandon has assisted in Tranes development of the AMS business unit. He has been instrumental in our efforts to fill national and regional positions in engineering, operations and sales. As weve grown, weve found Brandons services to be quite valuable and are enclosing this package for your consideration when you have a need to add talent.
